Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and IT42 d.o.o. (a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Croatia, "Reelforges", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Reelforges provides

Reelforges is an orchestration platform. We coordinate third-party AI providers (for text, image, video, and audio generation) and third-party social networks (for publishing) on your behalf, using credentials you supply. We do not host AI models ourselves; we do not create content; we execute pipelines you configure.

3. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

You are responsible for:

• The API keys you connect, including their terms of service and all usage costs charged by those providers.
• Complying with each provider's acceptable use policy.
• Rotating, revoking, or deleting keys as appropriate.

Reelforges will never charge you for AI provider usage. Providers bill you directly for what their keys generate.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance, auto-renew, and can be cancelled from your account at any time. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of the most recent charge. EU consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to content you submit and content generated through your use of the Service. You grant Reelforges a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, store, transmit, and deliver such content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

6. Publishing to social networks

When you connect a social account (e.g., Instagram Business or Creator), you authorise Reelforges to publish content you explicitly queue or schedule. You remain responsible for that content's compliance with the destination network's community guidelines and applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate or publish:

• Illegal content of any kind.
• Child sexual abuse material, intimate imagery of real people without consent, or other harmful non-consensual content.
• Targeted harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
• Impersonation of real people without clear satirical context.
• Disinformation about elections, public health emergencies, or financial markets.
• Content that violates the intellectual-property rights of others.
• Spam or automated mass-posting that violates a destination network's terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. AI-generated content disclosures

You are responsible for disclosing AI-generated content where required by law or platform policy. Many jurisdictions and platforms (including Meta) require clear labelling.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but make no specific SLA guarantees on the free tier. Paid tiers may carry a separate SLA where noted in the pricing page.

10. Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that third-party providers will be available or perform as expected.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Reelforges in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., death or personal injury caused by negligence, intentional misconduct).

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail payment, or pose legal risk, with reasonable notice where practical.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Consumer protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply where mandatory.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
